Recall, August 26 at the Minsk airport detained the head of the "BRIC" Vladislav Baumgertner after a meeting with Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich. Investigative Committee of Belarus said that the CEO "BRIC" harmed national interests of Belarus. Baumgertner was charged with abuse of power and official authority. He faces up to 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property. The Investigative Committee said that the losses in the case of the Belarusian Potash Company are estimated at $ 100 million.
