I have to say that this question provoked a storm of discussion. Most fans voters (40%) in favor of some limitations of the Lore, and more opportunities to play your character there are some restrictions (roleplaying).
For the first time developers do not agree with the decisions of the fans. According to them, you can not restrict the available classes, depending on the breed because it would lead to some kind of inconvenience and disappointment. For example, what if the ogres could not learn the bard class, and this class would be a very good skill needed to refuel? The person declaraguate assuming the form of ogre would be so affected because at the time of establishment of such a restriction would not know about.
Restrictions on race and class would also problems with introducing new classes to the game next time. Imagine a situation that someone is playing declaraguate a character more than a year, SOE introduced another declaraguate class of which one has a specific skill that really could use a particular player in his style of play. And then what? Is the player should start a new character and start the game all over again?
