It is about this time of the year when I switch off a little, collect the marbles, discard what is not needed and recharge the soul a bit. I take time to look for new influences, reconcile with the internal compass and leave my personal space for a while that will have become a tad too small. Being online has become less important and Twitter a vague influence. It’s always flower arrangements good to step back a bit.
But in between it all I amped up the charge for a few hours recently to shoot the winter wedding of engineers Andre and Melissa at the five star venue of Isiphiwo in fabulous Pretoria. Typically for a Pretoria wedding the weather was sunny and quite warm for a winters day. As I expected both Andre and Melissa where super cool and relaxed which guaranteed a wedding day that even I would find difficult to forget. For the couple’s shoot we braved a dodgy parking basement and the odd moving car for some edgy images with an industrial feel to them. All cool stuff. flower arrangements Also, what was cool was that Andre and Melissa opted for a first look before the ceremony, which is always an emotional and moving event. The reception was super fun with some of the best jokes I’ve ever heard. Magic.
Wow Hannes! Jy het soos altyd jouself oortref, die detail is ongelooflik! Ons kan nie wag vir die volgende email om te sê daar is nuwe foto’s om te kyk nie. Moet nooit ophou nie, jy en Andries het heeltemal te veel talent wat nog nie opgebruik is nie.
Dit is die mees stunningste fotos wat ek in n lang tyd gesien het, regtig dit is pragtig en die bruid en bruidegom is baie fotogenies, maar die kameraman het sy werk uiters puik gedoen, hy mag maar julle moet asb. dat hulle inskryf flower arrangements vir die bruid van die jaar, want sy is pragtig en sy het so mooi gelyk, regtig uit die boonste rakke.
